  • Shipping Locations: We offer international shipping in addition to shipping within Morocco. Shipping costs and times for international orders will be calculated at checkout.

  • Handling Time: We aim to process and ship orders within 2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Order Cutoff: Orders placed after 5:00 PM local time may be processed the following day.

3. Delivery Times

  • Delivery Time: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Typically, orders are delivered within 3-7 business days for domestic orders and 7-21 business days for international orders, but this may vary depending on the shipping carrier and your location.
  • Delays: While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as shipping carrier delays or weather disruptions. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.

4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number to track your package.
  • Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after your package is shipped.

5. Shipping Issues

  • Lost or Damaged Shipments: LTD AAOUDT  is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments once they have left our facility. If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist you in the process as much as possible.
  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. LTD AAOUDT  is not responsible for delays or delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
